Using Poké Lid Dex

Poké Lid Dex is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures. Pokémon names, characters, lid artwork, and related marks belong to their respective rights holders.

Displaying artwork and linking to information does not transfer ownership or grant a license to reuse it. Check the relevant rights and permissions before republishing content. Library and font licenses are included with the project source.

Check before you travel

Catalogue locations, names, and availability may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. The app does not verify the current access conditions of every lid. Check the official Pokémon manhole website and current local information before making plans.

Nearby distances are straight-line estimates. Trip stops are ordered manually; they are not a calculated route or a promise of travel time, public transport, accessibility, or safe access.

Follow local rules, respect private property, and use the app when it is safe to do so. External directions services are responsible for their own routes and information.

Your memories and backups

Use photos and notes that you have the right to keep or share, and respect other people's privacy. Choosing a memory-card download or copy action may include your photo, note, and date. Check its contents before sharing.

The collection is saved in your browser. Optional accounts, where enabled, let you create and restore private cloud backups. This is manual backup and restore rather than automatic sync. Keep private local backups too: browser clearing, storage eviction, device loss, a different website origin, an import, or service interruptions can affect your collection.

Use an email you control, keep your password private, and use the verification and recovery emails to manage access. Upload only data you have the right to store. Private backups have size and history limits shown in the app. Deleting a cloud backup or account is permanent from the app's perspective; export any copies you want to keep first.

Older backups may require catalogue reconciliation. Keep the original file and check the restored lids. See backup help and the privacy information for details.

Availability and external services

The project may change and can have bugs or interruptions. Its information and features are provided without a promise of completeness, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every browser or device, subject to applicable law.

Cloudflare hosts the site; maps use OpenStreetMap tiles; chosen directions open Google Maps. Those providers and linked websites have their own terms and policies. Offline use covers cached app resources and viewed artwork, not downloaded map areas.

Optional accounts and backups use Supabase and the configured email provider. Subscriptions, payments, and an AI chatbot are not part of this application. Adding such features would require updated terms, privacy information, and appropriate technical controls.

Report a problem

Use GitHub Issues for bugs, source questions, or content concerns. Issues are public, so do not post private backups, personal photos, sensitive notes, or precise location.
